What We Are Building

Dexterous Intelligence for robots. A new class of machines for high-value industrial work.

We built a robotic hand at human scale. Dexterous, quick, strong, precise, reliable — take one away, and there is no hand.

We gave it a human-level sense of touch. Now the hand senses force, contact, slip, texture, temperature. High-value work demands it.

We engineered a skill capture system so that humans can teach the robot naturally. Hand to hand.

We are adding intelligence. Learning on the job, adapting in the moment, compounding with every task.

Four building blocks. That's the bar for high-value work.

Tacta is mastering them all.

Our Focus

Unlocking work only human hands can do.

Of tasks that score 90% in controlled simulation, only 12% succeed in the real world.
Stanford 2026 AI Index Report

The biggest opportunity in robotics is the work still done by human hands. Skilled work where precision and dexterity decide everything.

This is work that asks for everything at once: strength to hold the load, vision to find the part, touch to feel it home, and dexterity to bring them together.

No machine could do all four. So we set out to build one that could — for high-value manufacturing first.

Tacta Hand

Industrial-Grade. Dexterous. Reliable.

The hand has always been the hardest problem in robotics. So we built the best robotic hand with human-like dexterity, strength, precision, and industrial-grade reliability. Every joint aware, every motion deliberate.

Tacta Hand doesn't just move.
It understands the task. It adapts.

Tacta Sensor™

Vision can see a task. Only touch can feel it.

A robotic hand that can't touch and feel is blind. So we built the most advanced tactile sensor. Ultra-small, sensing force, texture, and temperature. Built to match the human sense of touch. Then to go further.

Our sensors can feel the steps of an ant. Detect fractional shifts in temperature. Know when a screw bites, when a part slips, when a cable pulls taut.

Sight shows the hand where.
Touch teaches it how.

Tacta Glove™

The hand learns the way workers do. By doing.

Anyone can tell a robot what to do. No one could show the robot the feel of getting it right. The physical data never existed, not at this resolution.

So we built a way to capture and transfer skills. Workers wear Tacta Glove and do the work they already do.

No code. No teleoperation. No grippers. Tacta Glove uses the same sensors as Tacta Hand, so what the worker feels and does, the hand feels and does. One to one. Hand to hand.

A worker performs the task.
Touch and feel turns into physical data.
Physical data builds the skills.
And the skill drives the hand.

Tacta Dexterous AI

From human sense to robot action.

The hand. The touch. The skill transfer. Tacta Dexterous AI makes them one system. It builds on Physical AI models, adding what those models lack for high-value work: sensing and skill.

Physical data from Tacta Glove, worn naturally by people at work, trains the Dexterous AI models. Those models run on TactaBot, with Tacta Hand.

Dexterous AI keeps learning on the job. Every captured skill compounds. Every part Tacta Hand touches, connects, meshes, inserts and threads makes the intelligence sharper.

What Tacta is working on is literally the hardest problem in robotics. One the field has been dreaming about for many, many decades.

Our Mission

Master robotic dexterity. Reimagine high-value work.

Every industrial leap began the same way: machines mastering work only humans could do.

The next one begins with the hand. A dexterous one.

The world's most valuable work is still done by hand — assembled, connected, finished by human touch. Trillions in production, resting on skills no robot could reach. It's the largest opportunity in robotics, untouched.

Dexterous intelligence changes what a robot can be. Precise hands that touch and feel. Intelligence that learns from people one to one and adapts in the real world. Built as one.

We are pioneering a new class of robots.

Building takes dreamers, doers, and believers.
